After successfully opening a Cold Stone Creamery within the Premium Outlet Center in Osage Beach, Stockton set his sights on completing a long term goal of building a restaurant catering to discriminating tastes with reasonable prices. The timing came together with his brother joining the team and a recently available restaurant located across the parking lot from the Cold Stone Creamery.
